2.5 その他の指令

2.5.2 無線／通信端末機器

無線／通信端末機器 (RTTE) 指令 (1999/5/EC)：欧州で2000年4月8日に有効となり、固定形通信網通信端末機器と全ての無線送信デバイスに対する以前の全ての認証体制を置き換える。これはその対象となる機器の LVD と EMC 指令を置き換える。発効日の前に認証を受けていた機器には1年間の移行条項が適用される。全ての新しい認証はこの RTTE 指令によらなければならず、もしその機器を供給し続けるのであれば、「古い」認証は 2001年4月7日までに移行しなければならない。
